OUR STOCKISTS

  • Is your honey raw?
Absolutely. No heat, no filtering, no nonsense—just proper honey straight from the hive, like the bees intended.
  • Where do your bees make their honey?
Our bees fly around Manchester and across the North West, collecting nectar from local wildflowers, orchards, and hedgerows. So yes, this is real local honey—no imports, no fake blends. You can also scan the QR code on the back of every one of our jars to find out exactly where your honey has come from!
  • What is the difference between soft set and runny honey?
Soft set honey is spreadable gold—gently stirred over weeks for a creamy texture. Runny honey is the stuff that drizzles perfectly over everything (AKA pre-soft-set-honey honey). Both are 100% raw and 100% delicious.
  • Why does cheap supermarket honey taste different?
Because it’s not real honey. Most supermarket honey is heat-treated, ultra-filtered, and sometimes even blended with syrup (yes, really). Ours is pure, raw, and unprocessed—so you actually taste the flowers, not factory processing.
  • Where can I buy your honey?
Right here on our website, at our lovely independent stockists across the North West, or at one of our markets. You can also drop us a line on our Instagram to say hi!
